2025 Figurative

Part of my current studio work is centered around the figure. I am endeavoring to work as intuitively as possible. Most of these final paintings have one or more almost completed paintings beneath. There is a history. I do my best to listen to what the painting needs and react accordingly. I look at these paintings as artifacts of the process.
